Our Policies
    		• All rates and conditions are based on availability and subject to change without prior written notice
    		•  Room Rates are subject to a 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax
    		• Casa Bella Inn is a non-smoking establishment
    		• Casa Bella Inn accepts most credit cards for phone reservations and personal checks for mail reservations
    		• Cancellation Policy:  For cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival, one night deposit will be retained. Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less $20 bank processing fee. Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, or those who fail to show, are responsible for the entire stay. 
    		•  Check in time is 3 pm
    		• Check out time is 11 am
    		• We accept children over the age of 10
    		• Sorry, we cannot accomodate pets
    		• English, Italian, German and Spanish are spoken
